We facilitate this connection but we do not directly provide medical care, rescue operations, or relief supplies. We cannot guarantee that a responder will be available or that your request will be fulfilled.

Any medical guidance or advice provided through the platform is for informational and coordination purposes unless delivered directly by a verified healthcare professional assigned to your specific case. Do not delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have read on or accessed through this platform.
3. Accuracy of Information
ArogyaRelief relies on user-generated data (such as requests, location data, and resource availability updates). While we verify responder roles, we cannot independently verify every piece of information submitted. Users should exercise caution and judgment when acting upon information found on the platform.
4. Volunteer and NGO Liability
Responders, including NGOs and individual volunteers, act independently. ArogyaRelief is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or the quality of the relief or medical care they provide.
