How ArogyaRelief Works

ArogyaRelief connects seven types of users through a single, coordinated system. Each role has a specific set of actions designed to move help from where it exists to where it is needed.

Victims & Citizens

1

Open the platform

Visit ArogyaRelief on any smartphone or browser. Select your language — English, Assamese, Hindi, or Bengali.

2

Set your location

Enter your district and village, or allow the platform to use your GPS coordinates. This helps responders find you.

3

Submit a request

Choose the type of help you need — medical, food, water, shelter, rescue, medicine, or other. Provide details about your situation, urgency, and family composition.

4

Receive a response

Your request is visible immediately to verified responders in your area. You will be contacted directly once someone accepts your request.

5

Track and update

You can view the status of your request and update your situation if it changes — for example, if your condition worsens or you have been relocated.

Doctors & Medical Personnel

1

Register and verify

Sign in and select the Medical Personnel role. Your credentials are reviewed before you gain access to medical request queues.

2

View incoming cases

See all medical requests in your area, sorted by urgency. Each request includes patient details, conditions, and location.

3

Accept and consult

Accept cases you can manage. Update the status as you begin consultation, prescribe treatment, or refer the patient to a higher facility.

4

Refer and close

If a patient requires hospital care, use the referral feature to notify the receiving hospital. Mark cases as resolved once complete.

3

Respond to medicine requests

View incoming requests for specific medicines from your area. Accept requests you can fulfil and coordinate dispatch or pickup.

4

Update stock in real time
