How ArogyaRelief Works
ArogyaRelief connects seven types of users through a single, coordinated system. Each role has a specific set of actions designed to move help from where it exists to where it is needed.
Victims & Citizens
Open the platform
Visit ArogyaRelief on any smartphone or browser. Select your language — English, Assamese, Hindi, or Bengali.
Set your location
Enter your district and village, or allow the platform to use your GPS coordinates. This helps responders find you.
Submit a request
Choose the type of help you need — medical, food, water, shelter, rescue, medicine, or other. Provide details about your situation, urgency, and family composition.
Receive a response
Your request is visible immediately to verified responders in your area. You will be contacted directly once someone accepts your request.
Track and update
You can view the status of your request and update your situation if it changes — for example, if your condition worsens or you have been relocated.
Doctors & Medical Personnel
Register and verify
Sign in and select the Medical Personnel role. Your credentials are reviewed before you gain access to medical request queues.
View incoming cases
See all medical requests in your area, sorted by urgency. Each request includes patient details, conditions, and location.
Accept and consult
Accept cases you can manage. Update the status as you begin consultation, prescribe treatment, or refer the patient to a higher facility.
Refer and close
If a patient requires hospital care, use the referral feature to notify the receiving hospital. Mark cases as resolved once complete.
Hospitals
Register your facility
Contact ArogyaRelief to onboard your hospital. Provide details about your capacity, specialisations, and emergency contact numbers.
Update resource availability
Regularly update your bed count, ICU availability, blood units, and oxygen levels so that the network has accurate information.
Receive referrals and emergencies
View incoming referrals from field doctors and ambulance requests. Accept cases your facility can manage and prepare to receive them.
Report capacity changes
As your capacity changes during a disaster, update the platform so that other responders can route patients correctly.
Pharmacies
Register and verify
Sign in, select the Pharmacy role, and verify your pharmacy details. Verification ensures that stock information is trustworthy.
List your inventory
Add medicines you have in stock — especially essential medicines needed during floods such as ORS, paracetamol, antibiotics, and anti-malarials.
Respond to medicine requests
View incoming requests for specific medicines from your area. Accept requests you can fulfil and coordinate dispatch or pickup.
Update stock in real time
As stock levels change, update them on the platform so that medical teams and NGOs have accurate information when routing patients.
NGOs & Relief Organisations
Register your organisation
Contact ArogyaRelief to onboard your NGO. Provide registration documents and details about your operational areas and relief capabilities.
View and accept relief requests
Access all incoming requests for food, water, shelter, clothing, and rescue in your area. Accept those your team can fulfil.
Create and manage medical camps
Use the platform to register medical camps — location, capacity, services offered, operating hours, and referral hospital. This information is visible to doctors and patients.
Coordinate your team
Assign tasks to your volunteers from within the platform and track their progress on active assignments.
Volunteers
Register as a volunteer
Sign in and select the Volunteer role. Provide your availability, location, and the type of support you can offer — transport, first aid, logistics, or relief distribution.
View open tasks
Browse tasks assigned by NGOs in your area — deliveries, rescue support, camp assistance, blood donation, and logistics.
Accept and complete tasks
Accept tasks that match your availability and capability. Update the status as you begin and complete each assignment.
Report conditions
If you encounter situations that need attention — a stranded family, a shortage at a camp — you can submit this information directly through the platform.
Government Officials
Coordinate with ArogyaRelief
Government bodies can collaborate with ArogyaRelief to access aggregated, anonymised data on request volumes, district-level resource gaps, and camp capacity.
Support verification
District authorities can assist in verifying local NGOs, medical facilities, and volunteers, improving the reliability of the platform in their jurisdiction.
Contact for partnership
If your department or agency is interested in formal integration or data sharing, contact us at support@arogyarelief.org to discuss collaboration options.
