• Acceptable Use: You will not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to transmit malicious code.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (such as OTPs) and for all activities under your account.

3. Account Verification

Certain roles (such as Doctors, NGOs, Hospitals, and Pharmacies) require verification. ArogyaRelief reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or fail verification.

4. Medical Advice and Information

Information provided on this platform is for coordination purposes. Medical guidance is only valid when provided directly by a verified healthcare professional assigned to your request. ArogyaRelief itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Platform Availability

While we strive for high availability, disasters often disrupt infrastructure. ArogyaRelief is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accessible during severe network outages.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, source code, and original content are the intellectual property of ArogyaRelief and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArogyaRelief, its founders, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or advice of third-party responders connected through the platform.
